Delete Account and Data

Delete Account & Data

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the MySchatz app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Tap "Permanently Delete My Account" and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email info@myschatz.app from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days at most.
