An app born from a love story
Some apps begin with an idea. Ours grew in the little world of two people who love each other…
At first, there were just the two of us
- I was not dreaming of a huge technology project or reaching millions of people.
- I simply wanted to make life with my wife a little easier, a little more joyful, and a little more romantic.
- Because love often lives in the smallest moments we share.
Everyday moments, close to our hearts
- We kept shopping lists in different apps and sent messages back and forth: “You get this, I’ll get that… Don’t forget!”
- Sometimes I missed her so much that all I wanted was a hug. But she was not beside me. A tiny heart on my phone could not hold all that longing.
- Sometimes she was quieter than usual. “Is she upset with me?” I wondered. Perhaps she was simply tired… When you love someone, even silence makes you listen for their heart.
- And sometimes she missed me. She wanted to know when I would be home without having to keep asking. I wished I could simply show her how far away I was and when I would be beside her.
The little questions we shared
- “What shall we eat today?”
- “Which restaurant should we go to?”
- “What could I give you as a gift?”
- “Shall I bring you something on my way home?”
- And sometimes there was only one little request: “Could you hold me for a while?”
One day, a thought became a beginning
- Surely we were not the only ones. Everywhere in the world, people in love shared similar longings, sweet disagreements, and little joys.
- If technology could take us so far, why couldn’t it bring us a little closer together?
- That is how MySchatz was born. Every feature carries a piece of our life: a shared moment, a real need, and sometimes a little argument we now remember with a smile.
- To me, MySchatz is more than code. It is a digital reflection of our life, our love, and the small solutions we found together.
Our little world opened its door
- For a long time, only the two of us used the app. It remained our small, private world.
- Then close friends began using it too. Their experiences, smiles, and kind words helped us see that this little idea could mean something to others.
- One day they said, “Why are you keeping this to yourselves? The whole world should be able to use it!”
- Those words began a new journey. Sharing MySchatz with you today fills me with happiness and the same excitement I felt at the beginning.
Now there is room for your story too
- MySchatz was born in the daily life of two people who love each other, rather than in a large company’s meeting room.
- Everything is not perfect yet. We still have much to learn and improve. But that is part of its beauty: it began with our story and can grow with yours.
